Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return to receive a return authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the unused items in their original Sybotanica packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items at our warehouse, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
